Women HealthStyle is a website that provides advice, tips, how-to knowledge, DIY knowledge, and other useful information on topics that promote women’s health. I try to cover everything from exercise, skin care, nutrition, healthy foods, to general health, PMS, menopause, and even mental health.

Why I Write About Health and Fitness
Growing up, I was an athlete. I was known for soccer but I also played basketball, softball, ran cross-country, and swam on a swim team. I thoroughly enjoyed being an athlete. I went to college on a soccer scholarship and made some memorable memories through that experience. Now that I am older, I am not as in shape as I was in my late teens, early twenties. But I would like to keep inspiring women to stay healthy. I want to encourage that being healthy is not as hard as it seems, just because you are older and life kinda takes over. I do not live in a gym, claiming to have the “perfect body.” Every woman will react differently to changing eating habits and exercise. I want my readers to understand that we all react differently to diets and exercise, but not to give up.
My Goals For This Blog
My goal is to provide readers with as many good relevant articles that provide useful information about everyday health, diet, and exercise.
With this blog, I am hoping to inspire those who wish to be healthy be able to achieve it without interrupting their normal lifestyle. I want to encourage my readers that life does get in the way but that there is a way around. I want to show that there are ‘good habits and bad habits.’ I want to encourage the good habits and come up with ways to be able to keep the ‘good habits.’
I also want to show that fitness is not this huge mountain you must hurdle before you get to the fitness part. I don’t want the perception of being healthy and exercise something that can not be achieved. I was very unhealthy for a good portion of my adult life after I started to have kids. I know the hurdles personally, as well as the bad habits one can develop. I want to show how easy it is with my writing, whether my readers have a busy life or laid back.
I also want to inspire as a woman. I want to educate about different health issues that woman can experience, and even give advice or solutions. I want my blog to be where a woman can come to my site, read, and become inspired to be a healthier woman. And in time, my inspiration can lead to overall happiness in my readers’ lives.
My Poems and Art Work
I love writing poems and painting. It is a great stress reliever. It is also a great way to express myself. I believe that everyone should not be afraid to express themselves, whether it is through art, poems, or style. I love writing and aspire to be a freelance writer. With my poems and artwork, I would like to inspire my readers. I want to inspire them to lead healthier, happier lives. Maybe I will be able to sell my art one day and keep inspiring.
I will continue to grow and hope that my readers find usefulness in what I write about.
