12 Foods That Are Good For Your Skin

Healthy skin is important for good health.  Skin protects the rest of your body from germs and infections.  Skin is an indicator of overall health.  Here are some foods to consider adding to your diet, that can help keep your skin healthy.

1. Green Tea

  1. Excellent. I’ve been lucky with my skin for a lot of my life, but I do live in California where I get lots of sun, so always have to use extra caution. Also, it’s nice to have an excuse to eat more of pretty much everything on this list 🙂

  2. Nectarine, honeydew, dark chocolate, cantaloupe, broccoli and carrots are all my favorite… good to learn all the benefits for the skin from all these food. I only eat this often..heheheh.Thank you for sharing this info.☺️
